Ghana International Daniel Kofi Kyere Scores To Earn A Point For St Pauli In Germany

Ghana international Daniel Kofi Kyere scored his 12th goal of the season for St Pauli as they drew 1-1 with FC Nunberg on Friday night.

The attacking midfielder converted a penalty in the 74th minute to give his side the lead, but, they could not hold on for the win as the points were shared.

Kyere was rated at 8.4 for the 89 minutes that he stayed on the pitch for the Bundesliga 2 side in this Matchday 32 fixture.

The Ghanaian international has been directly involved in 21 goals for St Pauli this season, scoring 12 times and providing nine assists in the 28 matches he has played.

Kyere, won the MVP award in this home game for St Pauli as they held on for the draw.

St Pauli are fourth on the table with 54 points as they seek for promotion to the German top-flight league next season.

His performances the German side this season has been impressive and, this will be good news for the Ghana national team ahead of some upcoming international assignments.

The Black Stars have AFCON qualifiers to contest next month with the nation also set to play at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in November and December this year.

Kyere will look to build on his recent good form ahead of these upcoming international fixtures.
