The controversial birthday wish –

Kalypso turned a year older yesterday the 27th of April. Kalybos is the character name of Richard Kweku Asante, a filmmaker and an entrepreneur. He made his acting debut in the comedy video series Boys Kasa in 2012. Richard Asante popularly known as Kalybos, is a Ghanaian actor and comedian who came to light through his role in the Boys Kasa comic series. 

John Sector Dumelo took it to his twitter page to wish him. John Dumelo is a Ghanaian actor, farmer and politician. On 1 April 2014 he emerged as the first Ghanaian to hit a million likes on Facebook. His parents are Mr. John Dumelo who was a Civil Engineer and Mrs. Antoinette Dumelo a Customs Officer.  Below is a screenshot of the post. In the post, he twitted; “Happy birthday Kalybos. Hope all is going well….U still my bro. “

In as much as some are making mockery of Kalybos, others also think that the post was unnecessary while others are asking why couldn’t John Dumelo post any other picture of Kalybos apart from the one he’s seen campaigning for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
