Electronic tax on mobile transactions (E-levy) the government wants to impose from 1st May 2022 has become one of the top topics most Ghanaians talk about.
According to some Ghanaians they have paid a lot of taxes over the years but they have not seen any improvement in the country. We are still where we are and even the hardship in the country has become worse than before.
Despite all the protests on the street against E-levy and debates, the government in power seems not to show any concern since they have made their final decision to impose the tax.
In news, today posted by the Ministry of Information on their Facebook page. They revealed what E-levy can do for the country. According to their post, the E-levy will help brighten the future of children in Ghana.
Some Ghanaians also dropped their opinion on the post.
