Osinachi Nwachukwu, a gospel singer, died on April 8 after allegedly being beaten and molested by her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.
Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, would be charged in court as soon as he is proven liable in her death, according to Inspector of Police Usman Alkali.
At midnight, however, mortuary attendants heard Osinachi perform her renowned gospel song Ekwueme, according to reports.
As of yet, Peter Nwachukwu, the husband, has disputed the claims of domestic abuse leveled against him.
He has not yet been charged despite being indicted.
