A leading member of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP has boldly sent a ‘strong’ message to the leadership of the party regarding the internal elections ongoing in the party this year.
The New Patriotic Party have commenced its internal elections and getting ready for 2024 as they elect new executives at the polling station level, constituency, regional, and national level.
Meanwhile, during an interview with TV3, an aspirant for the national chairman position and a leading member of the New Patriotic Party, Nii Ayikoi Otoo has told the leadership of the party to ensure free and fair elections and make sure everyone is happy after all the processes at various levels.
” The leadership of the party coupled with election managers at all levels of the party should ensure free and fair internal elections. We should do away with any unfair treatment that certain people intentionally give out to our own party people. Sometimes you hear issues like we are being prevented from getting nomination forms, we filled the forms but our names are not on the ballot sheet among others. They all should not happen this time.” Nii Ayikoi Otoo boldly revealed on TV3.
