After a video of her slapping her vajahjah during a ridiculous exercise went viral on social media, a lady has taken over the internet.Â
There are many different sorts of exercise, each with its own set of advantages. We have aerobic exercise, which requires you to breathe harder and improves your fitness. Strength training, balance training, endurance training, flexibility training, moderate-intensity exercise, and strenuous exercise are some of the other types of exercise.
However, the type of activity that this lady in your photo is demonstrating can be considered as balance training. If you look closely at her, you can see that this lady elevated her two legs into the air and placed her hands on the ground. She then tried to keep her balance by suspending her legs in the air for a time.Â
She became fatigued after a few seconds and decided to quit. Unfortunately for her, a metallic rod next her hits her private portion. After watching the video, the majority of social media users predicted that this lady would suffer a terrible harm as a result of the steel rod striking her private region.
Some Ghanaians also claimed that the lady had not properly prepared herself for this type of activity. Others were simply making fun of her.
