According to earlier reports, the rogue Militias planted an IED along the busy highway that blew up a car killing many.
13 people were also badly injured after the deadly attack and are still in hospital with three in the ICU.
However, after the scary attack, locals who toured the scene caught a young man believed to be the one among those who staged the scathing attack.
In a clip shared by Journalist Yassin Juma, the young man was begging for dear life after locals baying for his blood nabbed him.
Minutes later detectives tour the scene and are currently questioning the rogue suspect with sources indicating that his accomplices managed to escape.
These worrying attacks come at a time when the country was warned of deadly attacks by these rogue Militias.
