Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has managed to keep some details about her family away from the cameras no matter how the public pry into her matters.

Nadia rose to prominence after receiving the 2007 Africa Movie Academy Awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her compellingly brilliant performance as Beyonce in the 2006 Ghanaian epic romance film, Beyonce: The President’s Daughter.

Nadia Buari’s stepdad, Sidiku Buari, is a well-known Ghanaian musician and a retired athlete. He is currently 82 years old.
Sidiku kickstarted his athletic career by earning a silver medal at the All-Africa Games in Dakar, Senegal, sixty-nine years ago, and a bronze medal at the All-Africa Games in Brazzaville, Congo, in 1965.

In his music career, Sidiku rose to fame in Ghana’s music industry after the publication of his highly lauded album, Africa Responds to the World, which garnered him an award from the Entertainers Critics and Reviewers Association of Ghana. In his home nation of Ghana, he has recorded sixteen albums since then.

He has served on numerous music boards as he used to be the president of the Ghanaian Musicians Union and Vice President of the International Federation of Musicians.
