The unexpected loss Ghana suffered at the hands of Comoros at the 2021 AFCON which saw them crashing out of the tournament continues to hurt Ghanaians.

In this vein, a video of a young man who almost destroyed his TV when the debutants scored their third goal during the epic encounter on Tuesday has now been shared on the internet.

He angrily disconnected the power from the set and removed it in an attempt to smash it on the floor but then placed it down as he rained insults on the entire playing body of the team for the embarrassing defeat.

Meanwhile, Rajevac has however refused to shoulder the blame for the abysmal performance insisting that he had little time before the commencement of the tourney.

The Serbian trainer, who was reappointed in September last year to replace Charles Akonnor, has no intention of leaving the job.

“I came to Ghana just three and a half months ago, don’t expect magic,” Rajevac said at the presser.

The Comoros defeat followed draw with Gabon and the opening day defeat to Morocco. This means Ghana failed to win a single match at the tournament for the first time.

He said, “I will stay and lead Ghana in the World Cup qualifiers in March. I believe we have a team that can become stronger and get to the World Cup.”

“My target was to qualify Ghana for the World Cup, this AFCON is my primary target. I am looking forward to qualifying Ghana for the world cup in March.”

The draw for World Cup play-offs is scheduled for Saturday, January 22, 2022.
