Meanwhile, a self-acclaimed man of God identified as Kenneth Mensah of the Mega Word Chapel International has been reported to have set ablaze a congregant’s house after allegedly stealing GHc40k from her.

According to the victim, Rosemond Amoafo, she has been planning to travel to the United Kingdom to seek greener pastures when she was attacked by the man of God.

Joana Asare, the victim’s daughter, described how the cleric had become a friend to the family as a result of his regular visits to their home to spiritually prepare her for her journey.

Rosemond had discussed her plans to travel extensively with her extended family, according to her, and they had vowed to help her by agreeing to sell a store they owned. Joana claims that GHc40,000 was raised and delivered to Rosemond to prepare herself for her journey.
