” I Feel Justice Was Denied, We Had Good Evidence” Another Meru MCA Insists, Makes a Demand to Senate

Meru ward representatives are still expressing their dissatisfaction with Senate special Committee’s decision to acquit governor Kawira Mwangaza of all 62 charges.

That is according to Sunday’s standard dated 01/01/2023 which reports that Nominated MCA Gacheri Muthuri is in disagreement with Boni Khalwale’s led Senate ruling.

Speaking via the same source, Muthuri claims that they ( MCAs) were denied justice and now want Khalwale to provide the full report to them so as to identify the mistakes they made.

He as well hinted that Meru residents now know the truth as they presented good evidence which could have aided in oustering Kawira Mwangaza.

” I feel justice was denied. I would wish the report of the Senate committee was read for us to know the faults because we had good evidence. I’m comfortable that the people of Meru know the truth”, he said.

His remarks were echoed by fellow MCA from Abogeta who as well feels that Kawira Mwangaza’s impeachment should have been uploaded by the Senate.

It should be noted that Gacheri Muthuri and Abogeta MCA are among 67 MCAs who backed the impeachment motion against Kawira.

Meanwhile, it’s clear that Meru MCAs are still unsatisfied with senate’s ruling despite having been given a chance to prove the allegations true which they failed.

Lastly, let us wait and see what happens next.
