Achiba was engaged in an interview on Angel FM’s Y’adwuma Nie show, where he claimed that Fiifi Banso made some utterances against him that was not the best.
When Ohemaa Woyeje, the host, inquired whether he had a problem with Fiifi Benson, he said he didn’t and couldn’t comprehend why the presenter made those disparaging words.
In his words: “This was a blow to me because it caused me lots of sponsorships…,”
He went on to say that the presenter’s statements caused him to lose a lot of money from his sponsors.
Sony Achiba, on the other hand, stated that he is no longer producing albums for himself, but rather is donating his money and knowledge to help budding artists.
He claims to be the manager of five emerging artists and is now promoting Lady Blue’s single, “Duabo Donkomi.”
The singer recounted a time when he was active in the industry and could do four concerts in two days in different parts of the country, adding that he recalls about the past when he sees young artists today.
