Former President John Dramani Mahama is currently in Gambia to oversee the election in that country with his team. Surprisingly, he dropped a fresh congratulatory message to the Ghana Amputee National Team for winning the 2021 Amputee African Cup of Nation. The team secured a 3:2 win against the amputee team from Liberia.
According to John Dramani Mahama, he was earlier told that the Ghana Amputee National Team would play their final game against Liberia today. However, he was not permitted to watch based on his schedule at Gambia today. That notwithstanding, he praised and lauded the Ghana Amputee National Team for winning against Liberia.
“I am happy to hear of your 3-2 victory against Liberia. The team deserves all the applause for winning the trophy.”, Mahama wrote on his Facebook wall.
He dropped this information on his Facebook page. Reacting to this post, some Ghanaians praised John Dramani Mahama for doing the responsibility of Nana Addo. They believed that although Nana Addo was in the country, he does not prioritize the amputees. Check out other reactions.
