Ghanaians has responded to Prof Ransford Gyampo after asking that where are the wise men in the country as no leadership in the country is addressing what is currently happening in the country especially in the august house of parliament.

He questioned that do we still have National Peace Council? Is the Christian Council there? Why are CSOs quiet? What is accounting for the low testicular fortitude of eminent men?Rev Prof Martey’s cry which he has stopped, is still relevant “Enyansa fo eeeeiii, mo wo hi?”

His message sought to expressed that if this Guru who are very wise and people listen to them whenever they speak, why are they hiding themselves because during NDC time they were the very people who put pressure on former President, John Dramani Mahama to act properly in the country. Prof Ransford Gyampo’s message expresses shock, surprise and disappointment in those groups and Ghanaians upon seeing his message also replied him.

Some people stated that the above mentioned organisations had an agenda against the “Northern” President John Dramani Mahama. “That’s the hypocrisy of the Peace council, Christians council and all those useless institutions. God is watching them all. They should maintain same silence when NDC gets power” someone told Prof Ransford Gyampo.

Some people told Prof Ransford Gyampo that the silence from these organisations is very sad but someday may come if not they themselves, their descendents will remember who their forefathers were and feel sad for themselves.

“Ghana’s democracy has been captured by the ruling elite. They have co-opted those who matter using appointments and other inducements. Hence the silence from almost every quarters” another Ghanaian told Prof Ransford Gyampo.

“Don’t forget it was the high priest, the scribes and the Pharisees that gave up CHRIST to be killed. If you are depending on the clergy to bring peace, you’re doomed because they’re friends to Caesar and bear in mind that our destiny as a nation lies in our own hands. It’s sad seeing how things are going in the country and it’s not safe for posterity” another Ghanaian stated.

Ghanaians made reactions known when Prof Ransford Gyampo posted the message on his social media wall today, Friday, 3rd December, 2021.
