Ghanaian social media commentator, Adu Safowaah who is currently the arch-nemesis of the controversial social media icon, Afia Schwarzenegger has alleged that the latter is gradually dying of HIV.

The two who once dragged each other on social media, resulting in the arrest of one of them have rekindled their beef as they dirty each other by spilling their nastiest secrets on social media.
According to Adu Safowaah, Afia Schwarzenegger has been diagnosed with HIV and the disease is gradually killing her. She also debunked claims made by Afia Schwarzenegger that her family bagged her for help some time ago.
She further alleged that Afia Schwarzenegger has been diagnosed with a critical health condition after she abused alcohol and wee. Adding more to what has already been said, Adu Safowaah alleged that Afia has been making her house help finger her private part for pleasure.
