Some musicians and celebrities in the Ghana Entertainment Industry have already revealed and made their political affiliations known to the public. Others have even gone to the extent of recording songs to show their support to the political parties of their choices.

Sarkodie was being slammed by Ghanaians for supposedly endorsing the NPP ahead of the General Election. His song “New Day” which features Lynx Entertainment signee, Kuami Eugene was described as an endorsement for the NPP Government and its leader Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
Not only him, but Samini also threw his weight behind the NPP Government and revealed that his support is beyond party colors but only fighting for his people in the Northern Region. He said his endorsement was to encourage the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo to do more for the people in the North.
However, Bhim Nation President, Stonebwoy has also shared his opinion concerning the endorsement of political parties ahead of the General election.
When asked by Broadcaster, Abeiku Santana if he would also endorse the President of the Republic of Ghana, Stonebwoy said that he wouldn’t endorse any political party for now but he would commend the NPP Government for their good works and developments in the country.
” I won’t endorse any political party for now but I know our father, H.E Nana Akufo Addo has done a lot of good things which are endorsable”, he said.
