Ghanaian musician and entrepreneur, Desmond Blackmore who is widely known in showbiz as DBlack has revealed the real reason why he was expelled from Pope John’s Senior High School.
The renowned musician gave these reasons in a recent interview he had with Ghanaian media personality, Giovanni Caleb on his 360 aired on TV3.
Before DBlack’s explanation, it was rumored that he (DBlack) was suspended for bringing a pistol to school.
Reacting to this via a question asked by the host, he stated that he was suspended but not for the reason that was being rumored.
In his submission, he stated that he was actually expelled from the school adding that initially he was suspended then later expelled adding that anyone who get suspended more than two times in the school was hit with that punishment.
He stated that he was suspended in his first and second years and then expelled in his third year. On what got him expelled, he stated that he visited Accra almost every weekend, however, it got to a time he was not lucky as he was nabbed by one of his teachers while returning to school from Accra.
That moment was actually the third time he was bagging a suspension, hence the school’s decision to expel him.
