Veteran Ghanaian actress, Grace Omaboe, well known as Maame Dokono has advised women never to quit their jobs to become housewives upon requests made by their husbands.

Most men would prefer their wives to stay home and take care of their homes while they away working in their respective workplaces. Housewives are mostly not employed outside the home but always cater for their family’s home.

In today’s world, most married women prefer to also achieve their goals and ambitions in life by working on their own to provide for themselves when their husbands are not capable of doing so. In most cases, wives work to support their husbands at home in terms of finances.

Speaking in an interview on United aired on UTV with Empress Nana Ama Mcbrown, Maame Dokono, the celebrated actress stated that it is not advisable for women to abandon or quit their businesses to become housewives upon their husbands’ requests.

In other news, popular Ghanaian singer, AK Songstress has opened up on an experience she describes as weird the moment her new song “Jonathan” became a hit song in the country and some other African countries.

According to her, she started having weird and scary dreams the moment the song started doing well with streams on social media and also became a hit in the country. She said that the dreams were close to nightmares and she barely has a good sleep.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’ Daybreak Hitz with KMJ, AK Songstress narrated the when she sleeps, she suddenly wakes up with fear at midnight and she has already complained to her boss about the occurrence.
