One thing about falling on the wrong side of Ghanaians as a celebrity is that they will tease you till you delete your account. As soon as you goof as a celebrity, you have to do something epic to make them forget what you did.
This has been the case of Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie who recently dropped a song titled “Happy Day” featuring Kuami Eugene.
The song had some parts that suggested that it had endorsed the incumbent NPP Government. This infuriated a lot of Ghanaians and even his featured artist Kuami Eugene who felt betrayed especially since he was not aware of the true intentions of Sarkodie.
The second verse of the “Happy Day” song praised President Nana Addo for his free SHS policy and solving the electricity crisis.
Even though Sarkodie later came to explain that the song was not a campaign song for the NPP but a motivational song for all, Ghanaians don’t seem to believe him.
In a latest post on his Facebook page, Sarkodie declared his decision to start a Rapperholic class for his fans.
Well, one notorious fan commented that he should make it free since he is enjoying free education and free electricity.
