In the video, the founder and leader of Central International Gospel Church (ICGC) is heard saying fake and doom prophecies have held people in captivity and called for the immediate halt of this problematic blight.

He said he’s the type who doesn’t like criticizing other men of God but their modus operandi in recent epochs has caused a huge indictment on Christianity which is why a lot of people are losing interest in religion

The footage has helped to advance trending discourse after the arrest of Jesus Ahuofe, the Ghanaian prophet who has reportedly been remanded for creating fear and panic when he announced on radio that Shatta Wale would be shot dead.

In a related development, actor Sumsum Ahuofe has been spotted in a video begging the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to set A-list musicians Shatta Wale and Medikal free after they were both remanded.

The Kumawood actor whose distinctive bulgy eyes have become part of his brand stormed a popular mall in Kumasi to drum home his plea.

Having found a mass of water at the forecourt of the mall, Sumsum removed his sandals and proceeded to kneel in it and nearly prostrated until one man came to hold him and helped him on his feet.

He begged George Akuffo Dampare profusely to release the two who are facing various charges ranging from causing fear and panic and brandishing a gun on social media respectively.

The video was first posted by Ghpage and later reshared by actor Don Little. Watch below;
