Ghanaian songstress, Wendy Shay seems to have gone broke as a video of her eating “gob3”, popular food in the country Pops up.
In a video posted on her Instagram page, Wendy Shay is seen at a beans Joint where she ordered for a sizeable amount of food with one boiled egg.
Gari and beans otherwise known as “gob3” is a popular food in Ghana. It is one of the cheapest yet satisfying foods in the country and with just an amount of 3cedis, you can eat to your fill. So for someone like Wendy Shay, we don’t expect her to be eating such meals especially in the open like that. But hey, I guess we all have our weak moments!
This delicacy is believed to be for people with low income and who can’t afford the expensive or “high” class foods.
With the video Wendy Shay posted, one will wonder if she is truly broke or she is just trying to promote her latest song.
