The Ghana Football Association has decided to name a duo of Ghanaian coaches as assistants to incoming Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac.

The FA is in talks with the Serbian trainer, who looks set to make a second return to the senior national team, after a successful first stint.

However, his deputies are now being discussed and the federation is keen on appointing Ghanaian coaches.

Several names have sprung up but the GFA is considering Europe based coaches, Otto Addo and George Boateng.

Both coaches are currently working with European clubs and will need to be available for the job.

Otto Addo is the assistant coach of Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund and George Boateng works with the U-18 team of Aston Villa.

Addo, who played and worked previously as a scout of the national team, is expected to make a vital decision with regards to his future in coaching but that will mean sacrificing his job at Dortmund.

In Milovan Rajevac’s previous spell, he worked with former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah for the two years he stayed with the Black Stars.

The committee set up to find a coach following the sacking of C.K Akonnor have till the end of the day to name the new coaches.
