Veteran Ghanaian actor Psalm Adjeteyfio known as T.T has broken down in tears after the vice-president of the republic Dr. Mahammudu Bawumia gave him GHc50,000 for his rent.

Recall that the actor T.T went viral after an interview of him hit the internet asking for support from Ghanaians to pay his rent. It could be seen that T.T also known as Taxi Driver is in a deplorable state.

After T.T lamented about his rent and how he can barely feed himself, a lot of people reacted to his plight. Socialite Ayisha Modi also reacted to the video of the actor and offered to help. Ayisha Modi also disclosed that her spiritual father Reverend Obofour has promised to build a house for T.T.

In a swift turn of events, the vice president of the republic Dr. Bawumia reached out to the actor and his family and presented him a gift of GHc50,000 to pay for his 5yrs advance for his rent which amounts to ¢30,000, and an additional ¢20,000 for his upkeep.

While receiving the money from the vice president, T.T broke down in tears and emotionally disclosed that in his 72-years of living, he has never held such a huge amount of money. He showed appreciation and thank Dr. Bawumia.
