Ghanaian forward Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah scored his second goal of the season in the Swiss Super League on Sunday as FC Lugano draw with FC Basel.
Abubakar got the equaliser for the hosts when they from behind to draw 1-1 with Basel in a sixth-round fixture of the Swiss league.
Brazilian forward Arthur Mendonça Cabral opened the scoring of the match to put the visitors ahead in the 29th minute.
Abubakar levelled for Lugano fourteen minutes after the break after connecting a pass from Uruguayan midfielder Jonathan Sabbatini.
Abubakar was replaced in the 67th minute by Swiss youngster Christopher Lungoyi.
The 24-year-old has netted 2 goals in 5 appearances since the beginning of the 2021/2022 campaign of the Swiss top-flight.
