I Feel Great To Come Back To Media General After 7-Years

Ace journalist and broadcaster Roland Walker has expressed his joy over his return to his former work place Media General which comprises of TV3, onua FM, 3Fm,connect FM and 3fmonline.com.

Roland Walker moved to join the Multimedia Group Limited 6 years ago after he left his home Media General. However, he has made some U-turn and has returned back to his roots, the Media General. In October 2013, Mr. Walker announced his resignation from the Media General Group and moved into corporate communications, an experience he describes as a learning curve.

“It feels great to be back. It’s a company I know very well. There are lots of experienced people here that I’m happy to be working with. I have lots of good friends here. Guys like Alfred Ocansey, Johnnie Hughes, Stephen Anti and Abu Issa Monnie”, he said.

“It was a worthwhile experience. The experience was very good and it’s still g that comes in handy to me”, he observed.

Speaking on why he came back, he explained that “Media General was always in the picture when the time was due to move on.”
