Veteran Ghanaian Satirist, Kweku Sintim-Misa has called on the government to use the monies being solicited for the building of the National Cathedral to invest in the Health Sector.

He explained that God doesn’t need a house and there are people who do not have access to proper health care hence the monies should be directed to the health sector.

According to him it’s a misplaced priority as the agenda to build a National Cathedral isn’t only worrying hence should have a second look at the move.

Taking to his Twitter page on Instagram he wrote, “Jesus said; “In my father’s house, there are many MANSIONS”. God is not HOMELESS. Invest in improving the Health sector, not CATHEDRALS”.

The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta appealed to Ghanaians when presenting the mid-year budget review to make a contribution every month towards the building of the National Cathedral
