This comes after the media personality and actress and also a convener of the Fix The Country campaign announced that she’s taking a break from social media for a while after facing a lot of cyberbullying on the various social media platforms because of her involvement with the protest.
Efia Odo’s shocking announcement of taking a break from social media came as a shock to everyone including the company she was signed to as a brand ambassador.
Recall Efia Odo back in February this year took to her social media platforms to announce an ambassadorial deal with Euro Decor. Her deal with the company has made official a couple of days later at the company’s head office in Accra.
According to Pearl Anim who’s the personal assistant of the Chief Executive Officer of Euro Decor, Efia Odo’s decision of taking a break from social media came as a shock to the management of the company as she didn’t consult them before putting the word or decision out.
Speaking with Sammy Flex on the ‘ Agenda’ morning show aired on Zylofon television and radio, Pearl clarified that the company has just suspended the contract with the social media and not termination.
She said Efia’s job as a brand ambassador of Euro Decor is to promote the company’s image on the various social media platforms hence the company thought it wise to suspend the contract since the social media star has announced a break from social media.
