According to him, the quality of music being produced has reduced as he compared recent Ghanaian music to Nigerian music stating that Nigerians are now doing superb than Ghanaians.

During the interview, he said;

“Songs that I recorded years ago sound better than some songs produced today. I am wondering what is happening.

Artistes are not coming to me because production is expensive. Any sound that is not originating from Ghana, I do not have any interest in it. When you play Reggae, it would definitely be credited to Jamaica.

Sometimes, certain songs that are not properly produced would somehow become a hit because the artiste has the money to push it.

When I listen to the Nigerian standard of production, and that of Ghanaians, I see the difference. Nigerians’ are actually better than that of Ghanaians.”
