The song shot the songstress to fame in no time as many music lovers streamed on various platforms and the song gained huge numbers afterward.

The song made her the first African woman to ever partner with Spotify. The song also topped so many charts both locally and internationally.

Fast forward, she released the remix of the song with Nigeria’s Omah Lay and she was able to garner huge fans in Nigeria as well.

Speaking in an interview on Pulse Ghana, Gyakie revealed that she wrote her “Forever” song after picturing her future love life.

According to her, every lyric in the song was how she pictured her future self falling in love with somebody.

The mother of the deceased identified as Madam Juliet confirmed the incident by saying that her son was found hanging on his farm dead.

According to her, Kwaku Ayiriba informed his father that he was going to work on his tomato farm but got the family worried as the time he was supposed to return from the farm had elapsed.
