According to the renowned Gospel singer, most of her colleagues in the Gospel music fraternity and the up and coming ones are mostly ungrateful to the churches or individuals that helped them in their career.

She said most musici ans in the Gospel music fraternity later betray the trust of the churches or individuals that help them bring their talent to the limelight by leaving these churches to somewhere else.

Cece stated most Nigerian Gospel singers are more loyal to the churches that helped them in their career by sticking to these churches even after reaching to the top of their career sighting the numerous top Gospel musicians at Christ Embassy Church as an example.

Speaking on Hitz FM this morning Cece Twum also sighted an example where her husband, Rev. Pastor Twum took an up and coming Gospel musician from Kumasi under his wings, traveling with him everywhere he goes and helping him build his career only for the musician to later request for a huge amount of money from him because he wanted to leave the church to somewhere else.

She added these act makes the churches in Ghana gets ‘cold feet’ when it comes to helping a member of the church to achieve their musical career as they known the chance of the person leaving the church afterwards is very high.
