Highlife musician, Kuami Eugene is undoubtedly one of the best singers we have in Ghana. Every song he jumps on becomes a hit no matter who he features. His version of other people’s songs has made him one of the best in the industry.

He has collaborated with titans like Sarkodie, Tic Tac, Okyeame Kwame, and a host of them, making hits upon hits with his appearance on their music projects.

In view of this, Kuami Eugene has described himself as a ‘hitmaking machine’  he has a truckload of catchy lyrics all resting inside his abode.

Speaking with Zionfelix in a one-on-one interview, Kuami Eugene said that he sometimes gives out his songs to others because he believes he will rise higher by lifting others.

Meanwhile, Kuami Eugene has recently revealed that one of the most difficult jobs in the world is being a musician, especially in this COVID era.

Speaking with  YFM’s Brown Berry on the ‘Ryse N Shyne’ show, Kuami Eugene lamented how most musicians have suffered and are unable to cash out due to the outbreak of the deadly virus.

 According to a well-known contemporary Highlife singer, most artists earn money from their craft by performing in shows, and the lack of shows to play in front of an audience renders the career of a musician discouraging in this age.

It is at the back of this that the Contemporary highlife musician is saying that music is one of the most difficult jobs to do in the Corona era.
