Sonnie Badu Writes To The President, Tells Him To Name Kotoka International Airport After Rawlings

United Kingdom-based Ghanaian Gospel Musician, Dr. Sonnie Badu has also eulogized the late Military Leader, Jerry John Rawlings who was buried yesterday.

The former President Rawlings was buried yesterday at the military cemetery in Accra after the burial service took place at Black Stars Square.

Among the celebrities who paid their respect to the late former President, Sonnie Badu has also added his voice as he recounts how Rawlings helped the country.

In a long Instagram post, the musician said that the late Rawlings served as a role model to many and has motivated him to work harder to make Ghana proud.

He also called on the President, Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo to name the Kotoka International Airport after Rawlings, saying it would be nice to hear his name more often in the country.
