Ghanaian Highlife Musician, Bless Boateng, popularly known as Bless has fumed by sharing his on Lynx Entertainment signee, Kuami Eugene being crowned Highlife King in Ghana.

In a video, he shared on his Instagram page, Bless stated categorically that Kuami Eugene can never be compared to him when it comes to Highlife music.
According to him, his song “Meda Enda” which was recorded 11 years ago can even attest to the fact that he cannot be compared to Kuami Eugene in the Highlife music fraternity.
Bless alleged that the Legendary Amakye Dede was forced on stage to crown Kuami Eugene as the New Highlife King in Ghana.
“I’m always surprised at those who compare Kuami Eugene to me just because of the crown he was given during the VGMAs by Legendary Amakye Dede”, he said.
He described Kuami Eugene as a “small boy” within the confines of Highlife music, despite the fact that he controls the masses now.
“Kuami Eugene is nowhere near me so Ghanaians should stop comparing him to me. Those doing the comparison have realized he doesn’t deserve the highlife King or crown” Bless further stated.
However, he applauded the “Open Gate” crooner, saying that he has even met him personally and commended him for his amazing works in the industry.
