Lawrence Asiamah Hanson aka Bulldog has released a statement detailing his experience in the custody of the Bureau of National Investigations (now National Investigative Bureau – NIB) and has said he remains strong and unshaken in his resolve.
This statement encapsulates his experience in the cells, the inmates he met and the love and affection he has received from the NDC party, family and friends.
Bulldog, who is the artiste manager of Shatta Wale and a staunch supporter of the NDC, was picked by the NIB division of Ghana Police Service on Monday, January 11, 2021, following his incessant verbal attack on the president on UTV the weekend before.
He has always been critical of President Akufo-Addo and daringly said he (the president) will not live to complete his second term if customers of Menzgold are not paid amongst other threats.
After he was released from NIB’s custody on Thursday, January 14, 2021, Bulldog has finally released a statement not only to speak about the professionalism of the police personnel but to emphatically state that he is strong and unshaken in his resolve.
