Dating is essentially a romantic courtship between two people who aim to assess each other’s suitability for a spouse.

It appears that the essence of dating has somewhat shifted from the normal, where one of the two involved in a relationship turns to put their burdens on the other even as they assess themselves for marriage.
Against this backdrop, a Ghanaian writer, Kelvin M. Ashong, took to twitter share his thoughts about dating and all the matters surrounding it.
Most often than not, some ladies make it look like they are the man they are dating’s responsibility to take care of them and, thus, the man has to keep up with their every need.
In the view of the Ghanaian writer, dating an African lady is akin to managing an orphanage home.
Some ladies will blatantly say to you if a man doesn’t have money to take care of them, they won’t make the mistake of agreeing to date them at all.

Kelvin M. Ashong  twitted; “Dating a lady in Africa is like managing an orphanage home.”
