Kumawood actress cum TV presenter, Benedicta Gafah has come under serious backlash for allegedly faking her English accent.
Benedicta who is the current host of TV3’s popular entertainment show dubbed “ ’, was trolled on social media for always trying to copy the American accident.
According some Ghanaians, they loved watching the show until Benedicta Gafah was made the show host.
Some said they have even stopped watching it because they didn’t want to have anything to do with someone who couldn’t be herself and had to fake her accent.
Few months ago, a video of Benedicta Gafah popped up on social media where she was struggling to flow in the English language while hosting the show. She however went ahead to address the issue explaining that she has improved since then and that video was a lesson to her.
Well, from all indications, Ghanaians disagree with her, in a series of comments available to GhBase.com the management of TV3 were advised to properly coach Benedicta before she comes on stage.
Some even went ahead to advise her to desist from wearing high heeled shoes as they made her walking look awkward.
Meanwhile, TV3 and Benedicta are yet to respond to these reactions.
