Popular Ghanaian blogger and vlogger, Zionfelix has won his first-ever EMY Africa Awards this year in the “Pav Ansah Communicator Category” where he was competing with the likes of Giovanni Caleb and George Addo Jnr.
The 5th Edition of the prestigious award ceremony happened today July 4th and we shared with you some beautiful pictures of celebrities on the red carpet here.
Zionfelix has grown to become a popular brand when it comes to blogging and making Youtube videos and recently became the first Ghanaian blogger to have 1 million followers on Instagram.
Weeks ago when he was nominated for the award, he was particularly excited and surprised that he had made it in the final nominations list and in an Instagram post observed by Ghbase.com, the blogger wrote;
“I can’t believe my eyes. Zionfelix nominated for EMY Africa Awards?
Never thought I would ever get a nomination in this prestigious awards which has honoured several respected people here in Ghana.”
Well, Zionfelix would now have to believe his eyes now that he’s won in his category and has earned an opportunity to brag some more.
