Deputy Trade Minister Carlos Ahenkorah has cleared the air as he reveals why he went to EC’s registration centers after testing positive for COVID-19.
The MP for Tema West constituency has been severely backlashed by many after a video of him dancing and jubilating with others as he visits registration centers knowing he’s COVID-19 positive surfaced the net.
According to him in an interview on Citi FM’s Eyewitness, he disclosed that though he’s COVID_19 positive he can never transmit the virus to anyone no matter what.
Adding that his doctors gave him permission to go out but just make sure to put on his nose mask because no one can contradict the virus if come into contact with him.
From his explanation, it appears the minister is Asymptomatic, and according to WHO such people can never share the virus to others even when they come in contact.
