Ghanaian social media sensation and Instagram model, Akuapem Poloo is said to be arraigned before the court today over the nude she posted on social media.
Ghgossip.com’s sources revealed this at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
According to the police investigator, her conduct is a violation of Section 280 and 280, subsection 25 of the Criminal Act of 1960 which prohibits the willful and intentional indecent exposure of nakedness in any public place.
She is said to face two charges of indecent assault to wit and obscenity and could be jailed three years if found guilty.
The controversial actress received heavy slams on social media after she posted an image of her self naked with his child in brief in the name of celebrating the kid’s birthday.
Gender Minister reacted to the conduct and condemned the action indicating that they are working with the appropriate quarters to ensure that the issue is dealt with.
