The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo on Thursday 2nd July 2020 paid a surprise visit to five registration centers in the ongoing voters’ register.
The centers he visited included the Kanda Cluster of Schools Registration Centre in Ayawaso East; Abossey Okai Presby Registration Centre in Ablekuma Central; Ebenezer Funeral Parlour (1&2) Registration Centres in Weija-Gbawe; Teshie Aboma Presby Church Registration Centre in Ledzokuku; and the Super Service Registration Centre in Klottey Korle.
The country’s new voters’ registration exercise started on 30th June 2020 and will end on 6th August 2020.
