Bullet’s Ruftown Records to face legal suit over artiste signing

Rufftown Records boss Ricky Nana Agyeman known as Bullet in an Instagram post (which has since been deleted) stated that a Takoradi based record label is suing his label for signing their artiste Ray James.

This announcement came after Ray James accused Bullet of lying against him. He disclosed in an interview that Bullet’s suggestion that he has a hand in the never-ending ‘beef’ between Wendy Shay and Fantana was a big lie.

Bullet while addressing the accusation said he is disappointed in his act for tagging him as a liar.

In an Instagram post MyNewsGh.com sighted, Bullet said before signing Ray James he did not tell him he has a contract with another record label, and now his former record label is suing Ruftown Records.

Bullet wrote: “This is how the next contract for incoming artist on rufftown looks like.@rayjamesmuzik you know you are still signed to a record label in takoradi but you didn’t tell me the truth.And you know your record label in takoradi is suing rufftown records that is why it looks like things are slow on your side.Why didn’t you tell me you were signed to a label? What about the money I invested into your career.you know I like you very much so kindly stay out of this cos I know where you belong now #emotionalboss“.
