Ray James, male signee now under RuffTown Records headed by Ricky Nana Agyeman popularly known as Bullet has asked his boss(Bullet) to swear with the bible if he didn’t know anything about his previous record label.
We reported that the CEO of RuffTown Records had blasted his male signee, Ray James, for not telling him he had already signed to another label in Takoradi.
According to Bullet, the Takoradi based record label is suing him for signing Ray James who is still contracted to them.
In a new development, Ray James asked Bullet to swear if he didn’t know he had an unterminated contract with the Takoradi based record label.
Ray James noted that he told Bullet about his previous label and even gave contact number to call before he agreed to work with him.
He went further to plead with Bullet not to do this to him.
Ray James took to his Instagram page to clear the air about his previous record label. He posted a Holy Bible and wrote;
“@bullet_rufftown boss you know I respect you so much. You are mad because you granted an interview and dragged my name into something I wasn’t involved in… I called you for like 20 times to ask you why but you never responded, neither did you reply my messages so I went ahead to do an interview on the same platform you did yours to clear my name cos you succeeded in making people think I was the one causing the confusion. I’m surprised you are even talking abt sides cos Rufftown Records is one and there are no sides… Now to the Takoradi record label thing.. Can you please swear by the Bible that you didn’t know anything about my previous label? (We are both Christians) I spoke to you about my previous label even the very first day you called me that you wanted to work with me .. @mastergarzy is even aware of this … I even gave you the man’s number so you and him are in contact .. Boss please we shouldn’t be doing this … #ThereIsGod”
