Police in Maryland are looking for additional victims after learning that a syringe used to attack a woman earlier this month was filled with semen, authorities said Friday.
A woman reported being attacked February 18 in the entrance of a business in the 5500 block of Shady Side Road in Churchton with what Anne Arundel County police believed to be a syringe.
On Friday, police said they learned the substance in the syringe was semen, and said additional testing is underway.
Police have arrested Thomas Bryon Stemen of Churchton, who was charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. Authorities did not provide an age for him.
