‘I’ll change fortunes of Tema Central NPP’

A contender in the Tema Central NPP primary, Mr Charles Forson, has stated that when given the nod by the delegates in the upcoming parliamentary primaries scheduled to take place in April, this year, he would change the fortunes of the party in the constituency.

Mr Forson, who has over twenty three years working experience and expertise in pharmaceuticals, properties, strategies and policies, noted that the party needed a vibrant person to lead them in Parliament to drum home their needs and aspirations.

He disclosed that beyond the legislature, his quest to represent the good people of Tema Central in Parliament was to achieve his seven-pillar agenda which is putting up libraries with integrated ICT and recreational centres.

He further stated that he also has plans to construct 33 basketball courts and table tennis platforms, a general welfare scheme, youth in entrepreneur projects, matured medical healthcare for the elderly and re-beautification of the area through tree planting, just to mention a few.

On his educational background, he said he has an MBA, a professional marketer, a certified business administrator, and a certified generative leadership by the University of Oxford Department of Continuous Education.

As a father and husband, he has a drive for people development.

He’s been an active member of the NPP since 1994 and a conformist to its ideology.

He noted that the hope of a people to transform and develop was the rich brain and human capital of its leaders in progressive repositioning.

The Tema Central constituency of the NPP would be one of the keenly contested seats as there were four candidates with three contenders namely; Mr Charles Forson, Mr Yves Nii Noi Hanson Nortey and Mr Ramseyer Agyemang Prempeh all trying to unseat the incumbent MP, Mr Kofi Brako.
