Energy Minister, John Peter Amewu met the leadership of Hoehoe-Zongo Zabarama community to find ways to implement programs and policies to bring further development to the Zabarama community.
Sources indicated that the discussions were based on healthcare, electricity, water, education, the general progress of my Zongo people.
Mr Amewu is also the parliamentary candidate for the ruling New Patriotic Party for the 2020 general elections.

I met the leadership and members of the Hohoe-Zongo Zabarama community. The meeting brought back memories from 2004 to 2008 when I was then the District Chief Executive for Hohoe; where we worked closely together to bring progress and development to the Hohoe Zongos.
My love for Hohoe-Zongo and in this case the Zabarama community is pure and evident for all to see through my actions.
We discussed ways to implement programs and policies to bring further development to the Zabarama community; on the Agenda was discussions on healthcare, electricity, water, education, the general progress of my Zongo people. By the grace of Allah, we have touched lives in the Hohoe Zongo thus roofing of the Mosque, boreholes, pilgrimage to Mecca, Arabic teachers, bridges, Salah support through donations and gala games to develop sports and small scale loans for traders among others.
I promised to make certain critical interventions now and work has begun but Insha Allah; come 2020 elections when the good people of Hohoe give me the nod; a lot more would be done for the Hohoe-Zongo Zabarama community.
I love the Zongos and the Zongos also love me; let’s take our destiny into our hands in this year’s elections and vote for John-peter Amewu for Hohoe to see the much-needed development and progress it has been denied of. Through your vote this year; Help me to help you; my brothers and sisters in the Zongo community.
My vision for Hohoe’s development is legendary and unheard of; Vote for me this year to bring this into fruition.
