Presenting the items, Mrs Gillian Afful, the Assistant Director of the foundation noted that, her outfits aims at extending a helping hand to individuals with hearing impairment.
She said the foundation has realised that people have been paying more attention to the hospitals and orphanages but hardly think of those with hearing disability to make donations to them.
“…therefore, our presence in the school is to create awareness for people to reach out to them and for the pupils in the school to realise that the general public love and care for them,” she added.
Mrs Afful indicated that the foundation will be visiting the school from time to time to look at other areas that have been giving little or no attention to so that they help.
