Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard has confirmed the players that will miss his side’s Premier League clash with Manchester United on Monday night at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard says winger, Christian Pulisic, and midfielder, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, would not play against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side due to lack of match fitness.
He also said striker, Tammy Abraham, will be assessed if he would be fit to feature against the Red Devils.
Lampard’s side head to the game following a 2-2 draw with Leicester City in their last encounter.
“Christian trained with the U23s today, so won’t be fit,” Lampard said at his pre-match press conference on Friday as quoted by Football London.
“Ruben won’t be fit for this game.
Tammy is still feeling the effects, to be honest. Trained today, but to be assessed.”
The match kick-off is at 9 pm.
