Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale Central, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has said the President has displayed high levels of hypocrisy since the inception of his government.
Akufo-Addo, prior to election 2016 promised not to run a family and friends government because it’s detrimental to the growth of the country.
But since taking over power from John Dramani Mahama, the President has since appointed his family members into various positions of influence.
Speaking on Accra-based Kingdom FM, Inusah Fuseini who is not seeking reelection said such appointments makes a mockery of Akufo-Addo who criticized John Dramni Mahama severally for governing the country with his family and friends.
The lawmaker said, “Akufo-Addo is a big hypocrite, look at how he is running the country with his family members and shielding them after corrupt activities.”
The Member of Parliament wondered when Akufo-Addo’s administration will put into action his promise of forming an all-inclusive government since it was one reason why Ghanaians voted him to power.
