A new video is currently trending on social media capturing the moment an unidentified man was heard blasting and raining curses on officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency(LASTMA) for extorting motorists.
In the video, the unidentified man was heard speaking in Yoruba language while querying if the officials are discharging their duties as stipulated.
Unmoved by his rants, the LASTMA officials went about their business paying little attention to him.
