MzVee born Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda is finally back to the music scene with a new hot banger “Sherrif” after 2 years of staying away. Undoubtedly, MzVee is one of the best dancehall divas in the music industry.

She was formerly signed to one of the best record labels in Ghana, Lynx Entertainment which has produced the big stars like her, Asem, Ziggy, Eazzy, Irene, Logan, Mzvee Kidi, Kuami Eugene though few are still making relevance today.

MzVee and the other former signees after exiting Lynx Entertainment are struggling to make it big again. It seems there has been a spell cast on any artist who exists that record label as they fail to make an impact in the music industry.

MzVee in an interview with Class FM an Accra based radio station vindicated herself from any bad luck that may surround her former label when any artist leaves and that she will be the first artist to break that chain.

According to MzVee in the interview, she would continue to drop hits after hits like how her fans want it. She had this to say:

“Lynx is made up of a team of people who have specific roles, and they do it so well and they are all hardworking if the artiste is not sleeping, they are also not sleeping, it’s the same with the team I have now, they are super hard-working, and they love what they do, if I’m not sleeping, they are not sleeping.

So I don’t know what mentality the other artistes left with, but I know I have got the talent, and the right team, and I have got love, and I think that is really going to go a long way because when I was really not on the scene, people just kept saying ‘come back, come back, where are you? we are missing you’, it was overwhelming. Just these text messages alone tell me there’s no way I’m going to just start and stop, it’s going to go a very long time,”

MzVee is currently on a “360 deal” with a Jamaican record label. Ghpage.com has more stay with us.
